Editorial policy

Study to Learn aims to publish useful explanations that match the syllabus edition named on each page. This policy governs public guides, authenticated lessons, reference material, quizzes, and blog articles.

Sources and syllabus alignment

Curriculum structure and assessment claims are checked against first-party sources from the International Baccalaureate Organization, NSW Education Standards Authority, and other relevant official bodies. Pages identify their syllabus edition and link to the source used for time-sensitive claims.

Writing and review

Content is written for students first: clear definitions, complete reasoning, worked examples, and explicit warnings about common errors. Mathematical notation is rendered from source LaTeX. Published resources are checked for internal consistency, broken formulas, duplicate identifiers, and quiz answer validity as part of the build.

AI-assisted work

Software and AI tools may assist with drafting, formatting, testing, or identifying gaps. They are not treated as authoritative sources. Published curriculum facts and calculations remain subject to human review and the same correction process as any other content.

Updates and corrections

Substantive revisions update the visible review date. Seasonal articles are checked before each relevant examination session. Reports sent to alex@studytolearn.online are assessed against the underlying source, corrected across affected pages, and covered by regression tests where practical.

Independence

Study to Learn is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization or NESA. Product comparisons are dated, evidence-based, and are not influenced by undisclosed sponsorship.
